WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY CONSULTATION?

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is a starting point for us to work together from. It goes for 60 minutes and includes a thorough nutritional, physical and health assessment. During the appointment, we will use the form you will have filled prior to the consultation to discuss where you are and where you want to be. If required, we will consider getting further testing, looking at supplementation, and possible dietary or lifestyle changes. You will come away with some simple things you can do right now to improve your health.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION

These consultations go for 30 minutes and usually take place 3 – 4 weeks after initial appointments but can be booked at any time. These sessions allow us the opportunity to check-in, review your treatment plan progress and any test results, tweak the plan if needed and ensure we are making progress towards your goals

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THE METABOLIC BALANCE PROGRAM?

Metabolic Balance Program is a package that includes:

  • 1 x Initial Consult (60 mins)

  • 1 x Full Blood Pathology 

  • 1 x Report Findings (Hand out Appointment) (45 mins)

  • 1 x Personalised Plan containing Metabolic Balance food plan/list

  • 5 x Follow-ups (30 mins)

  • 3 x Body Composition Analysis (BIA)* (for in-person appointments only - Melbourne)

  • Access to the Metabolic Balance App

  • Access to the private Metabolic Balance Facebook Group for recipe ideas and connection with others that are going through the program
